PLank Chapel is working to update the 5+ year-old Plank Chapel Community Directory.  This update will include available cell phone numbers, email addresses, birthdays, and anniversaries (day and month only).

We will only distribute paper directory copies at the church (never online).  But, we have no control after that so we cannot guarantee your privacy.  Don't provide information you consider private. If you do not wish to be included in the new directory, send a comment to that effect so we can delete your entry

To make this easy, either (1) print this on paper and fill it out or (2) "cut and paste" the questions (below)  into an email and edit to include your information. 

Deliver paper forms to the church and send email to ritcheyvs@nc.rr.com.
