PCUMC General Fund  Data Status

This information was developed to provide Plank Chapel members with curent financial status. A username and password are required to access the  data.  Contact the Treasurer if you need a password.  Note: In addition to this General Fund, PCUMC has  UMM, WoF, Cemetery, and Building funds with their own bank accounts and treasurers.

Account Balances
This table shows the balances for  PCUMC general fund and various "sub-accounts" maintained within the General Fund account.  Sub accounts include standing church functions as well as benevelance funds which are are disbursed to designated local or Conference charities at least annually.

Actual vs. Budget
This table shows the curent-year PCUMC general fund budget and current outlays for each budget category.

Offerings vs Expenses
This "dot plot" shows PCUMC "year-to-date" offerings and expenses for the General Fund.

Operating Costs
This table itemizes  payments for budgeted "operating expenses" which are related to Trustees and paid from the general fund.

Check Register
This is a detailed chronological list of all deposits into and payments from the general fund checking account.  Sub-accounts are listed for all items and budget categories are indicated for General Fund budget items.  When a single check or deposit addresses more than one sub-acount or budget line, that item is broken into  elements and enclosed in a box.

Bethel UMC Utilities Reimbursement Status (new)
Beginning July 2023, Pastor Edgar was dual appointed to Bethel and Plank Chapel UMCs. This table tracks the Bethel's 50% share of parsonage utilities

Connect Church (Rural Center) Grant Accounting (new)
This table itemizes the use of the $10,000 Rural Center grant for The Gathering (community development) and Journey (for youth and children).

Mission Seed Grant Accounting (new)
This table itemizes the use of the Mission Seed grant for Journey (for youth and children).
